"Your Man is Home Tonight", a late
70's self-produced and self-released funk and soul album from singer/composer
Tony Troutman, coming straight out the ATL. Tony was a member of Zapp, which
means he is a blood relative of Zapp ringleader Roger Troutman. We get a couple
midtempo dance numbers like “Love Is Here” and “Give It Up” as well as nice slow
jams like “So Glad You’re Mine” and “What Our Love Needs,” written by King
Floyd. The title track also has a nice feelgood groove for your spring outings.
